3-Year Commercial Warranty
Every display we supply comes with a 3-year commercial warranty and lifetime technical support. Here’s how it works.
What’s covered
All standard product ranges carry a 3-year warranty from the date of invoice, covering hardware failure for products used in the UK mainland. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or user error.
Our interactive touch displays carry a 5-year on-site warranty (UK mainland).
How repairs are handled

Making a claim
- Contact us on 0800 612 5432 or sales@boardsdirect.co.uk with the model and serial number and a description of the fault.
- We’ll work through remote diagnosis with you by phone or email. Hardware failure needs to be confirmed before a replacement or visit is arranged.
- For swap-outs, repack the faulty unit in its original packaging (or the packaging from the replacement) ready for collection.
Please keep the original packaging for the warranty period.
Extending your warranty
The standard 3-year warranty can be extended to 5 years for an additional charge. Extensions need to be requested when you order so they can be noted on the invoice.
